Wedding at Varenna, Lecco, Lombardy, Italy

Today we are in one of the more famous lakes in Italy, the Lake of Como, and Varenna is a small picturesque and traditional village located on the eastern shore of Lake Como.

The venue of this wedding is Villa Dei Cipressi, a beautiful Hotel with elegant buildings and amazing gardens, rich in history, built mainly between 1400 and 1800.

It was the property of the noble Serponti family (1163), of Baron Isimbaldi (at the end of the eighteenth century), of the Andreossi family, who took care of the Park, of Sir Astley and Sir Salton (at the beginning of the twentieth century) and finally of the publisher Accame.

1980 it was purchased through a public voluntary subscription by the people and friends of Varenna for public use.

The photo shoot started at the villa just a few minutes before the start of the symbolic ceremony was held on the splendid terrace overlooking the lake.

At the end of the ceremony, while the guests enjoyed the aperitif on the terrace, we started our photo shoot with only the couple in the beautiful and spectacular garden in the villa's property.

Many beautiful spots for lovely photos, from the view of the lake to the botanical garden with dozens of beautiful centuries-old trees.

Before greeting everyone a nice photo of the dinner table really a beautiful frame.
