Wedding at Borgo di Castelvecchio, Contignano-Radicofani, Siena, Tuscany, Italy

Today we are at The Borgo di Castelvecchio, in the territory of the Municipality of Radicofani, the mythical Rocca di Ghino di Tacco, in front of the Ideal City, a Renaissance utopia of Pienza and very close to Montalcino and Montepulciano, queens of Brunello and Nobile red wines.

Its history with that of the castles and fortresses that overlooked the Val d’Orcia, land of perennial historical Sienese battles, is today a serene ideal setting for amazing weddings in Tuscany.

The photo shoot started at the Borgo for the last part of preparations of Bride & Groom in one of the typical country houses of the farm, while the symbolic ceremony was set up in a terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

At the end of the ceremony, the couple greeted all the guests present on the big lawn near the pool before starting the rich aperitif with Tuscan specialties.

Before starting the photo shoot with just the couple, a nice group photo with all the guests and then ready for our session in the fields near the villa where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset light and the fantastic view of the spectacular Sienese countryside.

The rest of the evening continued with a beautiful wedding dinner in the elegant gazebo set up for the occasion, speeches, cutting of the cake and disco music with the DJ.
