Wedding at Pienza, Siena, Tuscany, Italy

Today's photo shooting takes place between Val d'Orcia and Chianti, two very different areas with breathtaking landscape views.

We are in September and it is a beautiful sunny day, it seems to be still in the middle of summer for sure much appreciated by this beautiful couple from Belgium who decided to celebrate such an important day in Tuscany.

The photo session started very early in the morning, we all found ourselves at the Pieve a Salti farmhouse near Buonconvento where a beautiful vintage Fiat 500 decorated for the wedding was waiting for us.

A quick greeting to the guests and then ready to move by cars near Pienza for the symbolic ceremony.

The place of the ceremony is really very special we are on a hill in the beautiful countryside near Pienza were stand this small and charming church 'La Cappella Della Madonna di Vitaleta’ one of the locations where the famous film "The Gladiator” was also shot.

After the symbolic ceremony, a small toast and then everybody to Pienza for a small break and a snack with the typical Pecorino di Pienza. In the meantime that the guests enjoyed wine and cheese with the couple we took the opportunity for some photos in the historic center of the city.

The third stop of the day was in Chianti and we are precisely Volpaia, near Radda in Chianti, where the couple wanted to return to take some photos in this place very important for them.

After the Chianti stop return to Buonconvento where the guests waited for the couple in a characteristic Italian Bar for an aperitif before returning to Pieve a Salti for dinner.

Long and intense day but everything went perfect in this beautiful land of Tuscany. A Big memory for everyone.
